Our bespoke Modular Pontoon Installations will bring a fresh innovative solution to maintaining your assets. Pontoon working platforms are installed by our fully qualified personnel directly onto the water without the need to decommission tanks. We work in clean and wastewater sites from PST's through to Clarifiers let us bring the most cost-effective access solutions to you.
Our pontoon is the only DWI Reg 31 product available in the UK and we are Achillies/UVDB registered and are Constructionline Gold Members.

United Utilities

We were asked to find a safe solution for operatives to undertake de-vegetation on aeration lanes in a wastewater plant. Our bespoke dual modular platform with stability bridge provided a safe, manoeuvrable work space which was installed in less than 2 hours. This solution resulted in the clearance of 100m of lane each day and the entire site cleared in just under two weeks.

Anglian Water

The replacement of aeration ditch rotors required an access walkway and working platform. Two 14m sq working platforms with 1/2 metre cut outs were constructed around the rotors, Edge protection was rope and stanchion to provide freedom to work over the edge whilst keeping the worksite safe.

Wessex Water

Maintenance to circular PST's had traditionally required decommissioning tanks and installing scaffold. We designed a series of bespoke platforms to enable works with minimum disruption to the service. We encapsulated the scraper bridge which permitted continuous movement until works were scheduled to take place. Access and egress was from stepped modules. Using pontoon instead of scaffolding rewarded Wessex Water with a 350% cost saving.
